"Pocket tissue case" Crochet Pattern
"Pocket tissue case" Crochet Pattern
This work is a crocheted tissue case made by combining motifs.
With this pattern, you can crochet covers in two sizes, one for regular sized pocket tissues and one for kid's tissues.
If you crochet both, you can use it as a parent-child pair.
I improved a little the pattern before the shop renewal and reposted it.
It has a firm overlap so that the tissue outlet does not open slightly.
This is a design that combines simple double crochet motifs, so I played around with the colors.
For the sample work, I chose a pop neon color!
I think it would be nice to crochet in one color without changing the color of the border, or crochet in a natural color.
This is crocheted with Super Fine, so you can use the leftover yarn you have.
I used Hamanaka Piccolo for the white yarn and Opal for the neon color.
Piccolo has a nice soft thickness that is plump. There are many colors, so it is easy to choose.
I think that many people buy pocket tissues for children because they like the packaging, so it might be a waste to hide it, but it may prevent the situation where the package is torn and the contents are about to fall out.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the mini pocket tissue in the photo below was the same one I had when I was a child, and I immediately bought it.
It's a practical item, so it would be fun to crochet it as a gift while deciding which color to choose.
